Senior / Lead Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with 15+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and architecture. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions and working with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and security.
• Develop complex Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Build responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Perform data migration using Data Loader, Salesforce APIs, and ETL tools.
• Implement Salesforce security including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and sharing models.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Triggers, Validation Rules, and Workflow.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
• Experience with Data Migration and Data Loader.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Salesforce CLI, Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Industries / Vlocity is a plus.
• Experience leading Salesforce development teams and enterprise implementations.
• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and technical design.
