Senior System Administrator

Role: Senior Systems Administrator

Location: Fair Lawn, NJ

Type: FTE

Required Skills:

·        At least 5 years of experience in Windows System Administration

·        At least 5 years of experience in Network Administration

·        At least 3 years of experience managing Office 365

·        At least 2 years of experience managing Azure

·        Experience with virtual technologies such as VMware ESX, or Hyper-V

·        Strong understanding of base concepts and protocols such as TCP, NAT, ARP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, VLAN, VPN

·        Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where the problem may lie in the storage, server, network or anywhere in between

·        Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes.

·        Ability to quickly find solutions to unfamiliar problems (research skills).

·        Ability to follow change controls and security procedures.

·        Ability to research and learn new concepts and apply them to future projects

·        Strong interpersonal and communications skills

·        Experience configuring and managing switches and firewalls
