Senior AI Software Engineer

Vantor is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to design and deliver modern, scalable software solutions that embed machine learning and automation. In this role, you will build data-driven services and APIs, productionize ML models, and work across the stack on cloud-native systems. You'll collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams in an agile environment, shaping architecture and technical direction. You'll mentor engineers, champion engineering best practices, and help deliver measurable impact through reliable, maintainable, and secure AI-powered products for a range of industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI-powered software and data products using modern languages and frameworks
• Develop and productionize machine learning models and pipelines on cloud platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Implement robust, scalable APIs and services integrating data, AI, and web applications
• Ensure code quality through testing, code review, and documentation
• Mentor engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, and champion engineering best practices
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance, reliability, and security of deployed solutions
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and continuous delivery workflows
