Senior Workday Engineer
Contract-to-Hire

Job Description
Client is looking for experienced Workday Engineers with strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, Workday Finance, and Workday Integrations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong software engineering background, excellent technical capabilities, and the ability to solve complex technical problems. Candidates with leadership experience who can eventually grow into Manager or Principal Associate positions are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support Workday applications.
- Work on Core HCM, Workday Finance, and Workday Integrations.
- Design and implement technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Drive technical strategy and engineering initiatives.
- Demonstrate leadership and mentor team members.
- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions.
