ROLE_DESCRIPTION:

Relevant Experience (Yrs) BA with 8+ years of career reflecting strong qualifications in Consulting and Enterprise CRM Functional Modules

Technical/Functional Skills

• Excellent Communication &presentation skills
• Experience of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, application developments and support
• Worked on large CRM transformation from discovery to design to go-live.
• Worked closely with customer teams on qualifying requirements, working with Dev teams on sprint completions and ensuring QA
• Deep eateries in Dynamics CRM functional area on Sales/Services domains.
• Knowledge and Skills in the D365 Customer Insights services.
• Worked on detailed gap analysis and requirement and worked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Involved in various project activities like
• Discovery, process mapping and CRP/design/Demo lead workshops with business stakeholders
• Requirement Gathering
• Gap Fit Analysis
• Should have a good understanding of Core CRM Processes, Copilot capabilities in M365/D365
• D365 CRM security model, product roadmap & certification (preferable)

• Lead Business Analyst for CRM Transformation
• Create functional specifications by interacting with client stakeholders
• Able to work in agile delivery model
• Conduct CRM approach workshops to the stakeholders
