Job Description

We’re looking for a Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to support a major transformation project involving the transition to a new campus.


Working closely with the project Change Lead, you’ll help keep employees and key stakeholders informed, engaged and up to date throughout the project.


Please note that this is a 12 month FTC.


What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities across the Slough and Windlesham sites.
  • Organise workshops, meetings, town halls, site visits and engagement events.
  • Prepare project communications, including presentations, updates, FAQs and announcements.
  • Help create content for newsletters, intranet updates and employee communications.
  • Keep stakeholder maps, engagement plans and action trackers up to date.
  • Gather and track feedback, questions and concerns.
  • Work closely with internal Communications and Talent teams.
  • Support project meetings, reporting and governance updates.
  • Identify and escalate stakeholder concerns or risks.
  • Provide general support to the Change Lead across engagement and communication activities.


What we’re looking for

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, internal communications, employee engagement, project support or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
  • Experience organising meetings, workshops or events.
  • Confident working with different stakeholders and teams.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to work on-site.


A degree in Communications, PR, Business, HR, Social Sciences or a related subject is desirable, but relevant experience will also be considered.


Please note: The role requires regular on-site working across both Slough and Windlesham .
