Immediate contract for an experienced Security & Compliance Architect to join an inflight programme with a global enterprise client (pharmaceutical/life sciences)

The Role
Urgent requirement for an experienced Security Architect to work on a major security infrastructure programme. You'll need to hit the ground running across network security architecture, IAM, and SIEM/SOAR design work - this is a broad, senior-level brief requiring both strategic architecture thinking and hands-on validation of technical detail.

Key Responsibilities
Security - Architecture & HLD

  • End-to-end network security design: network edge security, segmentation, multi-tenancy
  • Virtualisation and container security
  • Data encryption (in transit and at rest), key management, secrets management
  • STRIDE threat modelling
  • AI Runtime security
  • Corporate security environment including EPP and DLP

Security - BoM

  • Validate Bill of Materials for security appliances, licensing and managed services, and corporate security tooling

Identity & Access Management

  • High-level design of identity providers, SSO and role-based access controls
  • Validate BoM for IAM products, directories and MFA hardware

SIEM/SOAR

  • High-level architecture of log collection, correlation and incident-response systems
  • Low-level design of log sources, parsers, playbooks and dashboards
  • Validate BoM for SIEM/SOAR engines, log retention and licensing

What We're Looking For

  • Senior-level Security Architect with proven end-to-end experience across network, IAM, and SIEM/SOAR domains
  • Strong HLD/LLD design capability, not just strategy - comfortable producing detailed technical documentation
  • Experience validating BoMs and licensing for security, IAM, and SIEM/SOAR tooling
  • Familiarity with STRIDE threat modelling and enterprise-scale corporate security (EPP/DLP)
