Job Description
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow FSO or CSM implementation.
- Configure and develop ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) applications and workflows.
- Build and customize applications using App Engine Studio.
- Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes, and Script Includes.
- Implement integrations with other platforms using Integration Hub.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is not available
- Develop API-led integrations, MID server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards.
- Utilize ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities to improve process efficiency.
- Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
