Our client is looking for a QA Engineer project in San Diego, CA below is the detailed requirement.
Job Title: QA Engineer
Location: San Diego, CA
Required Skills: pytest / unittest / Robot Framework, LIMS
Job description:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of QA/Test Automation experience.
- Strong hands-on Python automation using pytest, unittest, or Robot Framework.
- Genomics/Bioinformatics/Life Sciences software experience.
- Knowledge of NGS, sequencing, and genomic data workflows.
- Experience validating genomic/software outputs and data.
- Wet lab or dry lab environment exposure.
- Hands-on LIMS testing/integration experience.
- Functional, integration, regression, and data-validation testing.
- API automation/testing with Postman, Selenium, or similar tools.
- CI/CD, test frameworks, defect tracking, and life-sciences compliance awareness.
