The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large, multi-enclave network enterprise. • Manage and troubleshoot Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, including RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity Management tools. • Assist both walk-up and remote customers with PKI-related inquiries and issues. • Train remote Trusted Agents on basic duties and ensure PKI server operations, including patching, maintenance, and upgrades. • Enforce security strategies and policies across Identity and Access Management (IdAM) functions. • Document troubleshooting steps and update knowledge bases for continuous operational support. What You'll Need • Mastery of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) technical areas and broad expertise across multiple systems. • Experience with PKI technologies such as RCVS, OCSP, and Certificate Authorities. • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts. • Experience issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards for multi-factor authentication. • Proficiency in troubleshooting soft-certificate issues for local and remote users. • Experience with Tier 2 system/server administration and utilizing IT Service Management (ITSM) tools. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience interacting with diverse customer groups. • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, or TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a Polygraph. • Minimum DoDM 8140.03 (previously DoD 8570) IT System Admin Intermediate certification.
