Data & Analytics Product Manager – Tampa, FL

Job Type: Contract 

We are looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Product Manager to manage data products and analytics initiatives, working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the data and analytics roadmap, product backlog, priorities, and delivery.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and user stories.
• Partner with data engineering, architecture, BI, and business teams to deliver data solutions.
• Support the development and management of ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and transformation processes.
• Work with SQL, data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud analytics platforms.
• Support dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics.
• Help drive data governance, data quality, and data product adoption.
• Communicate product updates, insights, and roadmap progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data pipeline experience.
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments with backlog and sprint management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle Fusion/ERP experience is a plus.
