Strong AI experience and knowledge – they use AI an insane amount in this group
Must be a retail person
Business facing role – must be presentable, well-spoken, polished, able to speak with senior level stakeholders, professional through and through

Required Skills:

· 8+ years in Experience in product management, business analysis, product ownership, retail systems, or a closely related role.

· Experience with inventory, sales audit, invoice matching, accounts payable, receiving, merchandising, or retail financial processes.

· Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.

· Ability to coordinate work across business and technology teams and manage multiple priorities.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

· Experience working with enterprise retail or financial systems and integrations.

· Ability to work effectively in an agile or structured delivery environment.

· Experience with Oracle Retail, including RMS, ReSA, ReIM, and ELC/ALC.

· Retail, CPG, or multi-banner experience.
