The Role

• Deliver in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils aged KS1-KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Accurately plan lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with diverse learners including those with MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for young people with additional needs.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Proficiency in teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating safe learning environments.
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitation available) and 2+ professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
