Google GECX- CCAI Solution Architect Agentic AI | Onsite

We have an immediate need for an experienced Google GECX Architect with strong expertise in Google Cloud, Conversational AI, and Agentic Voice and Chat solutions to design, develop, and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade customer experience platforms.

This is a hybrid position based in Charlotte, NC, for a candidate with experience in solution architecture and engineering, including enterprise contact center, Conversational AI, or AI/ML solution delivery. The candidate should have deep expertise in Google GECX, Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Gemini, Google Cloud Platform, agentic AI workflows, multi-turn conversations, tool/function calling, grounding, context management, guardrails, AI evaluation, and human-agent handoff.

No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
