Job Summary

Lead the architecture and solution design of GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI platforms. Define reference architectures, technical standards, and governance, and guide engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end reference architecture for GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.

• Establish standards for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and observability.

• Lead technical design reviews and guide AI, backend, data, and UI engineers.

• Set architectural guardrails for security, cost, and performance on AWS.

• Translate business requirements into solution blueprints and delivery roadmaps.

• Define model selection, retrieval, and agent-orchestration strategy.

• Govern responsible-AI, compliance, and operational-excellence practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven background in Enterprise Solution Architecture and GenAI / LLM Strategy.

• Deep expertise in Agentic AI Design, multi-agent frameworks, and autonomous workflow orchestration.

• Strong proficiency in Advanced RAG Architecture, semantic search, hybrid retrieval, and vector databases.

• Hands-on experience developing Prompt Engineering & Evaluation Frameworks (e.g., benchmark test suites, LLM-as-a-judge).

• Solid knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework (Generative AI Lens), focusing on cost optimization, security, and scalability.

• Strong foundation in Security & Governance, Responsible AI frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

• Proven Stakeholder Management abilities to align business leaders, C-suite executives, and cross-functional technical teams.
