Services Support Project Manager

Education: 

Certifications in the field: 

Required Experience:

1.      8+ years of Experience with Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).

2.      Experience creating new user accounts with the appropriate permissions and perform account maintenance in the Trimble platform.

3.      Experience providing general user support for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).

4.      Experience with project administration for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).

5.      Experience creating and maintaining training materials for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder). This includes providing new user basic training, workflow training and administration training as well as new features and process design.

6.      Experience in providing guidance in leveraging best practices as well as design sessions and requirements documentation for new process rollouts for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder). The applicant shall serve as the lead in process testing.

7.      Experience in evaluating the use of cost management and leveraging the best practices in cost management using the Trimble platform.

8.      Experience providing reporting assistance and report cleanup as well as creating reports, report subscriptions and dashboards for Trimble Unity Construct (formerly eBuilder).

Responsibilities:

1.      Creation of project documentation

2.      Process monitoring;

3.      Conduct cost/benefit analysis;

4.      Documentation of specifications and requirements tracking.

5.      Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes

6.      Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide support services for agency’s workload demands.
