Project Manager

 seeking a high-functioning Junior Projec t Manager to join our R&D IT group. This role is a critical "bridge" between IT and our Regulatory Information group, specifically supporting business owners in a high-touch, "white glove" environment. You will report directly to the IT leadership team, receiving mentorship while taking ownership of execution tasks to relieve business owners and ensure predictable, consistent project delivery.

This is an ideal role for a proactive professional with high emotional intelligence (EQ) who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is looking to grow into a long-term PM career within the Biopharma space.

Key Responsibilities

·  Project Administration: Lead "PM Light" activities including scheduling meetings, capturing detailed meeting minutes, and maintaining project schedules and milestones.

·  Execution & Follow-up: Be the "proactive chaser." Track action items, follow up on tasks with stakeholders, and ensure project momentum is maintained without constant oversight.

·  Status Reporting: Provide basic status reporting and clear communication updates to IT leadership and business partners.

·  System Support: Assist with projects revolving around Veeva Vault (RIM, Safety Vaults) and various R&D IT managed services, including CRO data management and AI-driven tool implementations.

·  Process Development: Assist in the rollout of light project management tools and standardized processes currently being developed for the organization.

Requirements

·  Experience: 5 years of professional experience in junior project management.

·  Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Biotech or Pharma is highly advantageous.

·  Technical Savvy: Familiarity with Veeva Vault or similar life sciences platforms is a significant plus.

·  Soft Skills: Exceptional attitude and High EQ. You must be able to match the pace of high-performing business owners and provide a high level of service and responsiveness.

·  Methodology: No formal certification (PMP) required. We value a flexible approach—using the right tools for the job rather than adhering to a rigid framework.

·  Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

You will assist in managing a diverse pipeline of projects, including:

·  Management of CRO Received Data

·  HA Correspondence Intake & Response (HAQA)

·  Regulatory Intelligence Database development

·  Implementation of Chat Agents and Label Management tools
