The Role

• Construct and erect overhead power lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV)
• Perform maintenance and repair of German overhead power line networks
• Operate machinery and equipment professionally
• Contribute to new construction and modernization projects

What You'll Need

• Prior vocational training (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffold builder, mechanic, electrician) is ideal, but motivated career changers with manual skills are also welcome.
• Ability to work at heights, good physical fitness, and proficiency in German.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel extensively (Monday-Friday, including overnight stays).
• Independent work style, reliability, and team spirit.
