About the Role

KayDev Technology is looking for an experienced Data Engineer for a 30-month engagement with the New York State Department of Health in Albany, NY. You'll work on secure, service-oriented and cloud-native systems, lead technical architecture work, and support application deployment and monitoring.

Required Qualifications

• 84 months of experience architecting service-oriented architecture (SOA), platform as a service (PaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), and software as a service (SaaS) using IBM DataPower, WSO2 API Manager, and WSO2 Identity Manager.
• 84 months of experience designing secure applications using security APIs, transport and message layer security, encryption and decryption algorithms for data security, SAML, OAuth, and multi-factor authentication.
• 84 months of experience as lead technical architect on technical projects: designing systems architecture and managing configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures.
• 36 months of experience designing native cloud systems using AWS services.
• 36 months of experience with application deployment and monitoring using continuous integration systems and application monitoring tools.
