- 12+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python
- Strong SQL development experience
- Extensive experience with Databricks
- Experience with Databricks Apps / Databricks App
- Strong experience in Databricks implementation
- Hands-on experience with PySpark
- Experience with React.js
- Strong data engineering and application development background
- Design, develop, and implement scalable data engineering solutions using Databricks.
- Develop data processing and transformation pipelines using Python and PySpark.
- Write optimized and complex SQL queries for data processing and analytics.
- Implement and maintain Databricks-based applications and solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Develop and integrate user-facing components using React.js where required.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing data pipelines and applications.
- Follow data engineering best practices for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
