The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Operate with independence and make informed decisions to resolve customer vehicle issues effectively.
• Represent the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction on every call.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a broad range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide advice.
