Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, automating, and maintaining reporting routines and dashboards. This role involves supporting the design and implementation of AI-enabled reporting, enhancing KPI frameworks, and monitoring performance data to identify trends and risks. The position requires partnership with business, data, and technology teams to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to governance standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain weekly and monthly digital and marketing performance reporting routines and dashboards.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of AI-enabled reporting and analytics agents.
• Develop and enhance KPI frameworks, scorecards, and operational performance metrics.
• Proactively monitor production, balances, and marketing performance data to identify anomalies, trends, and risks.
• Perform root cause analysis and partner with business, data, and technology teams to resolve performance variances.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and standardize reporting processes through automation.
• Define, implement, and monitor metrics and controls to ensure adherence to business processes and governance standards.
• Document and standardize reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, and AI-enabled processes.

Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, analytics, process improvement, or performance management.
Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• An MBA is preferred.
• Experience with AI, automation, digital analytics, or performance reporting.
• Experience supporting digital banking, deposits, marketing, customer acquisition, or performance analytics functions.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, scorecards, and executive performance reporting.
• Familiarity with AI, generative AI, agent development, automation tools, or workflow optimization initiatives.
• Experience identifying and implementing operational excellence and process improvement opportunities.
• Experience creating controls, governance routines, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of data quality management, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, or Python.
• Experience working in Agile, product, marketing, analytics, or cross-functional business environments.
• Financial services, digital marketing, or customer analytics experience.
