Lead Business Analyst

Our client seeks a Lead Business Analyst to lead the full spectrum of business analysis activities for largescale, complex information systems—with the majority of work dedicated to the client’s Salesforce application suite, including Salesforce Digital Experiences/Communities, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Conga Composer, and multiple custom integrations.

Tasks:

• Salesforce Platform Leadership (Primary Duty Area)
• Requirements Analysis & Business Process Reengineering
• Technical Collaboration
• Agile Delivery & Project Coordination
• Communication & Customer Service
• Security, Compliance, and Quality Assurance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Strong communication skills.

NOTE: Local candidates only. Must reside within 90 miles of Lansing, MI. Hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. (Onsite days will be Monday/Tuesday, no exceptions).

Contract: 1+years

Skills Required:

• 10 years Business analysis experience.
• Extensive Salesforce experience including Admin, Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Communities, and Conga Composer.
• Knowledge of Agile and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Java, .NET, JavaScript, and REST.
• Experience developing SOWs, RFPs, and procurement documentation.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Skills Desired – A plus to have:

• Qualified U.S. military Veteran
• Scrum Master certified.
• Experience with microservices, integrations, and distributed architecture.
• Experience mentoring analysts.
