The Role

• Drive growth and revenue through proactive daily communication and collection efforts with customers.
• Deliver exceptional "white glove" customer service in-store and during customer home visits.
• Execute product deliveries and pickups with a focus on safety, compliance, and a positive customer experience.
• Maintain an inviting and organized store environment through effective merchandising and cleanliness practices.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
