The Role

• Manage credit and collections activities to drive revenue growth by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts.
• Deliver exceptional, "white glove" customer service in store and during home visits with a servant's heart.
• Participate in deliveries and pickups, ensuring safe and compliant loading, unloading, and installation of products.
• Maintain an inviting and organized store environment through effective merchandising and cleanliness practices.
• Possess leadership potential and a dedication to improving customer lives through the products and services offered.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A desire for a career with growth opportunities.
