• PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or CSSA.
• 10+ years of PEGA implementation experience with enterprise-scale applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Strong expertise in:
o Next-Best-Action Designer
o Strategies & Arbitration
o Engagement Policies
o Adaptive & Predictive Analytics
o Customer Journeys
o Decision Tables & Rule Management
• Engage with product owners, business leaders, and enterprise architects to translate business objectives into innovative PEGA and CDH solutions.
