Introduction:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment. You will provide excellent customer service and perform various administrative duties to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with complaints, inquiries, and requests
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Adapt well to working in a small team environment
• Utilize Service Now and Microsoft systems for customer interactions
• Demonstrate excellent typing skills to input customer information accurately
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and evening shifts if required
