Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Thatcham, Berkshire
Salary: £52,000 + Overtime
Shift Pattern: Rotating 3-Shift Pattern
Sector: Manufacturing

Shift Pattern

  • Early: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-2:00pm | Friday 6:00am-11:30am

  • Late: Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:00pm | Friday 11:30am-5:00pm

  • Nights: Monday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:00am | Friday 5:00pm-10:30pm

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for keeping a wide range of production machinery running efficiently, carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs to maximise reliability, minimise downtime and maintain production performance.

Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or above

  • Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment

  • Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
