The Role • Deliver expert mechanical repair, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support to members. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance during roadside incidents. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Start and finish your workday from home, tackling diverse roadside challenges. • Act as a proud ambassador for the brand, combining technical skill with excellent member service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • A full UK driving licence.
