The Role • Reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and finalising contracts and commercial agreements with customers and suppliers. • Providing comprehensive contract management support, including administration, change management, configuration, and closure. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a high degree of customer focus. • Managing, developing, and mentoring junior members of the commercial team. • Supporting contract preparations, negotiations, bidding, writing, drafting, configuring, and managing complex contracts. What You'll Need • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven experience in drafting, writing, and negotiating contracts. • Demonstrable client/customer relationship management skills with the ability to forge strong working relationships. • Ability to present effectively in senior management forums. • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Project Management, Engineering, Technical Specialist, and Supply Chain.
