The Role

• Review, draft, negotiate, and finalise contracts and commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Provide comprehensive contract management support, including administration, change management, configuration, and closure.
• Manage and develop junior members of the commercial team.
• Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a high degree of customer focus.
• Support tender preparations, bidding, and writing processes.

What You'll Need

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in drafting, writing, and negotiating contracts.
• Demonstrable client/customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to present effectively in senior management forums.
