The Role

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including administration, change management, configuration, and closure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the commercial team.
• Support contract preparations, negotiations, bidding, and writing processes.

What You'll Need

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior management.
• Proven experience in drafting, writing, and negotiating contracts.
• Demonstrable client and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to forge strong working relationships with diverse teams.
