Senior Digital Health Analyst - Health Manager Level 3

Attractive salary, up to $150,222.00 + 12% Super and annual leave loading.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the design, configuration, testing and implementation of digital health solutions across patient administration functions.
  • Translate complex PAS workflows and technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for administrative, clinical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across design governance forums, working groups and project teams.
  • Define current and future state workflows, business requirements and system configurations, maintaining high-quality documentation.
  • Support testing, issue investigation and resolution, contributing to continuous improvement and product backlog management.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management, health administration, digital health, information management or a related discipline, and/or equivalent extensive demonstrated experience in patient administration or digital health.
  • Significant experience working with Patient Administration Systems, electronic medical records or enterprise digital health platforms in a public healthcare environment.
  • Strong subject matter expertise in one or more patient administration domains, including registration, scheduling, admissions, referrals, waitlists, billing and revenue, health information management, patient identity or patient flow.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with operational, technical and program stakeholders to define requirements, resolve issues and support system implementation.
  • Experience supporting system testing, defect management, workflow design, documentation, readiness or implementation activities.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate operational requirements into clear digital health outcomes.

  • This role may require evening, night, weekend and/or shift work, in accordance with operational needs and Award provisions.
  • This recruitment may be used to establish a Talent Pool for similar roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
  • To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights.
  • Successful candidates may be required to complete multiple virtual Epic training sessions and Epic orientation, all scheduled in U.S. time.
  • For this role 'Exempt' refers to a fixed term contract of more than 13 weeks.
