Senior SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Techno-Functional Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Techno-Functional Lead to support a Greenfield SAP implementation and upgrade initiative. This role will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes while working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and system integrators.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP SD with a solid understanding of technical integrations, data migration, reporting, and cross-functional processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Order-to-Cash (OTC) workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end OTC processes including Customer Master, Quotations, Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Returns, and Credit Management.
• Configure SAP SD functionality in alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Work closely with business users to standardize and optimize OTC processes for a Greenfield implementation.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers on enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
• Coordinate integrations between SAP SD and FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM, TM, CRM, CPQ, Salesforce, and third-party applications.
• Support data migration, master data conversion, and validation activities.
• Lead system integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production cutover.
• Support pricing procedures, output management, shipping, transportation, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP standard functionality where appropriate.
• Develop solution documentation, business process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide post-go-live Hypercare and production support.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP Order-to-Cash (SAP SD) experience.
• Experience leading at least one Greenfield SAP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of:
