Job Description

• End-to-End Solution Design capabilities (Westpac experienced - Nice to have)
• Knowledge / experience with Westpac core systems (Vision plus) and enterprise data platforms ADAPT / DDEP / Data Mesh
• Mandatory hands on development experience in at least one backend language: Java or .NET
• Strong hands on experience with RDBMS, including data modelling, stored procedures, complex SQL queries, and performance tuning
• Ability to work across the full technology stack, including ReactJS, AngularJS, Java, .NET, Node.js, relational databases, and Kafka topics/listeners
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and event driven systems
