Detailed JD:

• Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation and enhancement projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering and fit-gap workshops with business users.
• Configure recruiting business processes, requisitions, candidate selection workflows, and approval hierarchies.
• Design and configure career sites, branding, and candidate application processes.
• Configure job requisitions, questionnaires, assessments, interview scheduling, and offer management.
• Define recruiting roles, security profiles, and data access controls.
• Support integrations with third-party job boards, background verification systems, and HR applications.
• Manage recruiting lifecycle from requisition creation through onboarding handoff.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
