Description
We are seeking a driven and consultative professional to join our team and expand our footprint within the health insurance sector. 
This full-time remote role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities with large health insurance payors, third-party payors, and self-insured companies. 
The successful candidate will utilize various technologies to build a strong pipeline for the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across target clients. Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media. Articulate the value proposition of our technology solutions. Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations for senior account executives. Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns aligned to health insurance vertical and buying cycles. Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or sales development. Familiarity with health insurance industry dynamics.

Proven ability to conduct multi-channel outreach and convert cold prospects into qualified opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and business stakeholders. CRM proficiency and self-motivated with a high-activity mindset.
