Key Responsibilities:
- Attend construction project progress meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
- Prepare, maintain, and enter meeting minutes into internal client systems.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all meeting activities.
- Travel to project sites as needed (typically 2–3 times per week) while reporting to Client's Headquarters.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Excellent listening, note-taking, and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior construction industry experience or familiarity with construction projects.
