Job Description

Business Development Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full time)

Contract: Fixed Term 12 months

Salary: £40k per annum

Reporting to: Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships

Youth Business International is a global network supporting young entrepreneurs to start, grow and sustain successful businesses. We bring together organisations around the world to deliver practical support, share expertise and create opportunities for young people to thrive.

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help us grow and diversify our income and build new, long-term funding partnerships.

Working closely with the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a central role in identifying new opportunities across trusts and foundations, corporate partners and major donors.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record in fundraising, business development or partnership development, particularly in generating new opportunities and managing a pipeline through to successful outcomes.
