What You’ll Do
Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget
Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process
Follow up with customers to build repeat and referral business
Learn our inventory, vehicle features, and automotive technology
Work alongside sales leadership and other dealership departments to create a seamless customer experience
Participate in ongoing sales and product training
What We’re Looking For
No automotive sales experience?

That’s okay — we’ll train the right person. We’re looking for individuals who are:
Motivated by performance and earning potential
Competitive, energetic, and goal-oriented
Comfortable talking with and building relationships with people
Reliable and ready to learn
Strong communicators and problem solvers
Able to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus, but automotive experience is not required.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
