Senior Developer | Springfield, VA, United States | Hybrid | $107,900.00 - $195,050.00 We're hiring on behalf of a leading technology provider for government and commercial clients, renowned for driving innovation in digital and mission solutions. This organization is scaling its technical development program to support critical client needs in entitlement programs, identity and access management, and digital policy. Join a dynamic team focused on evolving legacy applications and building new solutions using agile methodologies. The Role • Develop new features for legacy applications and build new applications for evolving mission needs. • Collaborate with a large team of developers and cloud engineers within a Scrum agile framework. • Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and incremental delivery cycles. • Contribute to performance tuning and ensure clear team communication. • Participate in a rotation of operational and maintenance (O&M) responsibilities, including on-call support. What You'll Need • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. • Proven experience developing applications with Java, Spring Boot, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). • Experience scripting for code installation and configuration on EC2 instances. • Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Rundeck, and CloudFormation scripts. • Experience creating RESTful APIs and manipulating data in XML, JSON, and YAML formats.
