Role and Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development, and rollout of foundational cloud capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key software delivery, cloud, GenAI, and DevOps processes.
• Create and maintain technical design artifacts that describe application functionality, solution designs, data models, interfaces, and integrations.
• Develop and optimize AWS Lambda functions, APIs, and related cloud components to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Implement secure, reliable, and scalable cloud architectures aligned with best practices.
• Integrate AI/ML models, including LLMs, into contact center solutions to enhance automation and customer engagement.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues during development and deployment.
• Stay current with new cloud and AI technologies, evaluating their applicability to ongoing projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building large-scale, multi-tier distributed software systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Lambda functions, APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Strong understanding of DevOps culture, including tools like Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, and continuous deployment practices.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated agility in learning and applying emerging technologies.
• Experience working with Language Model (LLM) integrations.
• Familiarity with other cloud providers and containerization tools.
• Knowledge of contact center technologies and AI/ML frameworks.
• Eligibility for Reliability Status Clearance is a plus.
• Proven experience in cloud-based software development within a global enterprise environment.
