Our client, one of the world's largest sovereign wealth funds, is investing heavily in a next generation portfolio management platform, and is looking for an exceptional Quantitative Developer to shape it from the ground up.

What you'll do

1. Lead the design and build of cloud native portfolio management, analytics and risk systems in Python on AWS and Azure
2. Partner directly with portfolio managers and quant researchers to turn models into robust, production grade tools
3. Set technical direction, coding standards and architecture across the quant engineering team
4. Mentor and grow a high calibre team of developers
5. Drive adoption of modern data engineering, automation and scalable compute

What you'll bring

1. 8+ years in quantitative development within asset management, hedge funds, banks or similar
2. Expert Python skills and strong experience with AWS and/or Azure
3. Deep understanding of portfolio construction, performance attribution and risk analytics
4. Proven track record leading teams and delivering complex systems end to end
5. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a related quantitative field
