VDC / BIM Coordinator

Qualifications and responsibilities for this VDC / BIM Coordinator position include: Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Autodesk Revit or comparable architectural/engineering building design projects. Experience with modular, prefabricated, or standardized building designs, including ongoing revisions and prototype updates, strongly preferred. Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical building systems, including modifying designs to accommodate project specifications and jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Proficiency in BIM modeling, technical drafting, construction documentation, and design coordination; experience with Autodesk Inventor is beneficial. Maintain and revise standardized modular car wash building prototypes for deployment across multiple states and potential international markets. Prepare and manage prototype releases, design change bulletins, shop drawings, assembly models, material schedules, bills of materials (BOMs), and product specifications.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal construction/preconstruction teams to ensure accurate designs and efficient project execution. Ability to balance hands-on drafting and modeling with broader design coordination responsibilities, including repetitive design revisions and technical documentation.

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
