Job Title: Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100K–$110K (Flexible)
Experience: 4+ Years
Shift: Morning / Evening

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and support large-scale network infrastructure and software-defined networks.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of NOC, Network Operations, or Network Support experience.

  • CCNA Routing & Switching certification or equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.

  • Hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, and Software-Defined Networking (SDN).

  • Experience troubleshooting network incidents, ISP escalations, and Severity 2/3 tickets.

  • Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog.

  • Knowledge of network performance monitoring and incident resolution.

Preferred Skills:

  • Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting.

  • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform networking.

  • ISP, Telecom, or Satellite Networking experience.
