Dayforce - Payroll Implementation Lead

Client is consolidating its payroll vendor landscape & implementing Dayforce as a single unified global payroll system. This role will be responsible for the smooth transition of our U.S., Canada, Australia, entities onto the new system.

Must Haves:

• MUST HAVE: Experience in leading U.S., Canada, Australia payroll.
• MUST HAVE: Experience with PTO and timesheets
• 12+ years of payroll experience including at least 6+ in a managerial capacity at a fast-paced, high volume, high growth, multinational company.
• Proven experience leading payroll transformation or system implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
• Extensive stock payroll (RSU’s, options, ESPP) related experienceDa
