ADP GlobalView Payroll Implementation Lead

Lead end-to-end functional and technical requirements delivery for ADP GlobalView payroll implementation.

Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and HRIS teams to gather and document requirements.

Review and validate technical design documents, integration specifications, and configuration documents.

Coordinate with implementation vendors to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Support payroll integrations, system integration testing, defect triage, and requirements traceability.

Ensure payroll system design aligns with US and Canadian payroll processes and compliance requirements.

Provide implementation support throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

15+ years of experience supporting payroll or HR systems implementations.

Strong hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView.

Experience in functional and technical requirements gathering, solution validation, and vendor management.

Good understanding of US and Canadian payroll processes.

Experience integrating ADP GlobalView with SAP SuccessFactors.

Strong knowledge of payroll integrations, data mapping, and technical documentation.
