Position Description:
Client is seeking an experienced SAP HR Lead to provide hands-on technical and functional leadership supporting SAP ECC HCM applications in a complex enterprise environment. This role will oversee critical HR systems, lead production incident resolution, manage integrations and enhancements, and collaborate with business stakeholders and onsite/offshore AMS teams to improve application stability and drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP ECC HCM expertise across Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, and Time Management.
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP HR configuration, troubleshooting, and AMS/production support.
• 5+ years of SAP HR integrations experience.
• 7+ years of incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Strong experience with ABAP troubleshooting, IDocs, APIs, middleware, and interfaces.
• Experience leading enhancements, testing, deployments, and onsite/offshore technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Desired: Automation/AI-enabled AMS and AWS experience.
