Talent Quarter are proudly partnered with a leading NFP Aged Care provider who are seeking a Clinical Systems & Training Specialist to take ownership of the Clinical and Medication Management System (iCare) across the organisation.
This is a permanent part time position, 4 days per week and can be based at their Sydney Head office or any of their regional Aged Care facilities.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines clinical knowledge, systems expertise, and a passion for training to play a key role in supporting staff, improving system utilisation, and driving continuous improvement.
You will act as the subject matter expert for the system, working closely with clinical teams, leadership, and external vendors to ensure the platform is used effectively, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging training programs on the clinical care system to staff across multiple sites
- Provide ongoing user support and manage escalation of system related issues
- Lead the planning and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements
- Identify opportunities for system improvement and liaise with vendors on functionality
- Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and system resources
- Manage user access, security roles, and system permissions
- Ensure the system remains compliant with aged care legislation and standards (AN-ACC)
- Partner with clinical teams to drive effective system usage and best practice
- Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and education initiatives
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (essential)
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care sector, including AN-ACC and regulatory standards
- Experience working with a clinical care system (iCare)
- Proven ability to deliver system training and support end users
- Experience developing training content and educational resources
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive outcomes
- Certificate III or IV in Ageing Support
- Clinical background or hands on experience in aged care environments
