IT Instructional Design Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Instructional Design Specialist to develop, maintain, and support technology-based training materials for enterprise systems and business programs. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design, business analysis, content development, quality assurance, and Learning Management System (LMS) experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials based on business, policy, and system requirements.

• Create instructional content including presentations, job aids, user guides, eLearning courses, and training documentation.

• Translate complex policies, procedures, business processes, and system functionality into clear and user-friendly training content.

• Develop knowledge checks, assessments, exercises, and scenario-based learning activities.

• Review and update existing training materials to reflect policy changes, system releases, and operational updates.
